Cupcake Cards

I love using my cricut machine.  A couple of months ago I got the Sweet Treats cricut cartridge, but I didn't use it till recently.  I made these cupcake cards for a couple people for their birthday.  I glittered the cherries and I used my cuttlebug embosser for some of the backgrounds.

Disney Cards

I am trying out for my local scrapbook store's Design Team.  My theme is Disney and I was so excited to get it.  Here are the 2 cards I have made so far for my portfolio.

For the Cinderella card, I used my Cricut to cut out the carriage.  The cartridge is called "Happily Ever After".  I also used my cuttlebug to emboss the background.  I then embellished the carriage with glitter and Stickles.

This card was fun.  The white notecard pulls out so you can write a message on it or attach a gift card.  A great idea would be to put Disney tickets there if you were surprising someone with a trip.  I cut the Mickeys out with my Cricut.  I used the cartridge Mickey and Friends.

Wedding Card

My friend is getting married in Feburary and her colors are red, black and white.  I got a Cuttlebug and some embossing folders for Christmas so I was very excited to use them.  The black paper is American Crafts black glitter paper.  To cut out the cake I used Cricut's Sweet Treats cartridge and Cuttlebug's D'vine Swirl embossing folder.  I have no idea where I got the stamp.  It was suppose to say "Congratulations", but when I stamped it, it said "A Celebration".  Luckily that worked for this card too.  Hopefully she will like the card.
